Do you know your presidents?

I am happy to report that through the magic of music, our kids are learning their presidents in order. Thank you Catherine for turning us on to the "Musical Recall" cd. Even Lexie is learning them. She can get to about Grover Cleveland on her own. Ellie has made it up to Woodrow Wilson and I'm sure she'll have them all memorized in another week or so. Kate is somewhere between the two of them. I am really amazed at how easily they are catching on - they sing it throughout the day when they don't even realize it :) I tried attaching a video clip of the girls singing them, but I am computer challenged and it didn't work. If I figure it out then I will add it to this post.

Haircuts

So, I finally cut bangs for Lexie and Kate. They look 1000% better. Who knew I had such cute kids?? I never saw their entire faces before :)

What do you do with extra wrapping paper?

Many of you may have been wondering what to do with that extra wrapping paper you have laying around after Christmas. Kate has the answer.....design a dress out of it! Make sure you make matching shoes also :)
